REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out through our Contactpage, and our team will be happy to assist you.
Loverero is not responsible for items lost, misplaced, or stolen during shipping, as outlined in our Terms of Service. For any shipping-related issues, please contact the carrier using the tracking number provided with your order.
Please double-check our sizing guide before placing your order, as ordering the wrong size does not guarantee a refund. Any return or exchange will be at the customer’s expense.
All orders fall within our maximum production timeframe of 14 weeks (98 days). Orders delivered within this period are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be considered if the order is not delivered within this timeframe.

Please note that our inventory includes both in-stock items, which typically ship within 48 to 84 hours.
Made-to-Order Shipping Policy
All made-to-order items will be clearly marked on the product page. These products have a longer production cycle, ranging from 3 to 14 weeks.
Since each item is specially crafted after your order is placed, it enters our production queue to ensure it receives the attention it deserves. While we aim for timely production, please be aware that delivery may take between 3 to 14 weeks from the time of order.
